How do I carry viemaa products in my salon/spa?

What is the shelf life of viemaa products?

viemaa unopened bottles have a shelf life of three years (36months). Once opened they have a shelf life of 24 months. We recommend storing them in a cool spot out of direct sunlight. Avoid opening the pump, so that the formula isn’t exposed to unnecessary air and/or moisture.

Are viemaa products gluten-free?

Yes, they sure are! They are also vegan.

Are viemaa products dermatologically tested?

Yes, viemaa products are dermatologically tested! And with a PH level of 5-6, our Shampoo and Conditioner formulas are also PH-balanced.

Are viemaa products safefor color-treated hair?

Yes! We’ve received great feedback from tribe members with color-treated hair. If you have highlights/progressive hair color, we recommend using the BOND BOOSTER before the BOND MASK when you are treating your hair. This not only helps maintain smoothness but also nourishes and restores moisture balance, revitalizing your hair.

Are viemaa products safe for babies and children?

viemaa products have been dermatologically tested on adults and shown to be safe, we don’t test them on children and babies, which technically means we can’t recommend it. As with anything, their skin and hair can respond differently, and their tolerance to certain ingredients is lower—so it’s always best to be on the side of caution and instead use products that are specially formulated for infants.

Are viemaa bottles recyclable?

Yes, viemaa blue bottles are fully recyclable! They are made from recyclable HDPE plastic. Be sure to wash them out first. Remove the pumps and add the bottle to your regular plastic recycling bins.

How do I apply an offer code?

  • If you have a viemaa promotional code, you can add the code by inputting it into the field, "Promotional Code" before completing your order.
  • The code will be directly applied to your shopping bag total.
  • Only one code per order is allowed, and it cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Offers are valid only during the specified promotional dates. Orders placed outside this period will not qualify.
  • Before entering your offer code, please read the Terms & Conditions associated with the offer/promotion, to ensure that your order meets the qualifying terms to be applied.

How do I check on an order I have placed?

When you place your order online using our Guest Checkout service, you will be able to track the delivery of your parcel once your order has been dispatched and you have received your dispatch email. Simply use the tracking number provided on our courier website [Track My Order].

Please Note: The courier may not post tracking information online for up to 24 hours after the order is dispatched.

Should you not be able to check your order status and have not received a confirmation email within 72 hours or dispatch email within 3-5 working days after ordering, please check your junk/spam folder and any secondary email addresses you may have used.
