United States & Domestic Orders

Thank you for choosing viemaa! We're thrilled to bring the viemaa experience to your doorstep.

  • Shipping Coverage: Currently, we deliver to the 48 states in the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Stay tuned for more locations as we continue to expand.
  • Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via standard ground services and our trusted courier partner UPS.
  • Sales Policy: All sales are final. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure you receive the best from viemaa.

International Orders

We currently do not process international orders on our website, but we're actively working on changing that. We appreciate your understanding and patience. For our friends overseas, explore viemaa through our trusted local stockists WHERE TO BUY.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Duration: Give us 3-5 business days to work our viemaa magic and process your order. Remember, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders After 5pm CST: Any orders submitted after 5pm CST will be considered as next business day orders. We're working hard to get your viemaa goodies to you as soon as possible.

Order Tracking

Great news once you submit your order! Your order is in motion. Once you've placed your order, a confirmation email with your order number will hit your inbox. Hang onto it for reference. Order Cancellation & Changes

We understand that sometimes things happen. Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, we can't make edits or cancellations. But, hey, if you forgot to apply a discount code, reach out, and we'll do our best to assist. For any other inquiries about your package, feel free to contact UPS or the carrier directly.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available for all orders $50 and over (excluding taxes) shipping to an address within the 48 states in the continental U.S.  For orders less than $50, delivery charges are based on the weight, city and state. Our standard shipping option is ground services.

Expect your order within 7 – 10 working days after dispatch. If placed over the weekend, add 3 days to your delivery estimate. You can track the progress of your order at any time using the tracking link we sent you confirming dispatch. All order updates are sent to the email you provided at checkout.

*Unfortunately, we do NOT SHIP to the U.S. Territories, Military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii*

Please be advised that some UPS access point locations require a fee for the use of their facility as
a pickup location. The fee must be paid directly to the access point location at the time of pick up. This fee is not associated with us. Please note that by selecting a UPS access point as your delivery service option, you are responsible for all factors related to utilizing this service. We are not responsible for any additional fees linked with claiming your shipment from the third-party location.

Please contact the UPS branded facility directly to inquire about any fees that may be associated with picking up your package.

Smooth Shipments: The Key to Stress-Free Deliveries

At viemaa, we want your order to reach you seamlessly. Make sure to provide a precise and secure delivery address during checkout. If a package is returned due to an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address, or if you miss the delivery, you'll be responsible for the redelivery costs. Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for lost packages resulting from inaccurate information.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you encounter any issues with your order, please let us know within 5 days of delivery, and we'll work towards a resolution. However, for returns or exchanges, we're unable to process them once an order is submitted. Please report any concerns promptly for optimal assistance.

Refund Policy

Once your order is shipped, returns, exchanges or adjustments to your order are not possible. We cannot offer refunds if the shipping address provided has inaccuracies, and no replacements or credits will be issued for confirmed delivered orders.

If you purchased through a retailer, kindly reach out to them for refund inquiries.

Remember, we're here to help, and clear communication ensures a smoother experience.

Back Orders

Due to popularity and high demand for our products, some products may become backorder items. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. We will send out all available items and provide a store credit for the items that are currently unavailable.

Price Adjustment Policy

If the price of an item you purchased is marked down within 10 days of the original purchase date, it’s not eligible for price adjustment. Promotions and coupons cannot be applied to previously placed purchases. Previously placed orders with a coupon or promotion applied are also ineligible for additional discounts.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please note that once a package is confirmed delivered to the address you provided, it's out of our hands. Making sure the address you provide us with is safe and accurate is super important when placing an order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address you provided when placing an order.

If you let us know about the issue, we'll send over the delivery confirmation relating to the address you provided, tracking info, and the details of the shipping carrier. You can then investigate and reach out to the carrier with your tracking number for their assistance in the investigation.

Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Damaged or Missing Products

Items may shift in transit, wear and tear could appear on your package due to handling by the carrier. Inspect your package as soon as it arrives at its destination. Report missing & damaged claims within 5 business days upon receipt of the package. Damaged or defective products may be returned to us after CONTACTING CLIENT CARE with photos of the damages and necessary information to support your claim. We reserve 30 days to address/reship any reported missing or damaged items from the initial shipment date.
